Session Agreement & Model Release *

I agree to the Elrod Portraits Session Agreement and Model Release. Elrod Inc. d/b/a Elrod Portraits owns the copyright. I receive a license to use my delivered images for my own business and personal purposes, online and in print, but not to resell them, submit them to stock libraries or use them to train AI. Elrod Portraits may use images and behind-the-scenes footage from my session, including my name and likeness, to promote Elrod Portraits (portfolio, website, social media, its own advertising and competitions). It will not license them to other businesses for their advertising, and it will not submit them to train AI. I may opt out of public use in writing at any time. Retouched images are delivered within 7 business days after I choose my favorites. If images are lost for reasons beyond the photographer's control, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund. I am 18 or older, or the parent/guardian of the person photographed. South Carolina law applies.
